One of my students wanted to make some cinnamon christmas beer to share. I don't know who is going to want to drink it though.

- I'm an english professor at the University of Calgary. I've work at U of C for six years now and will likely retire within these lovely concrete walls. If I had my choice I'd be retiring on a beach somewhere on the equator, but I'll try to be logical about it.
